OpenSkylight Calendar ("the app") is a private family calendar display that runs on a single computer in one household. It is not a public service. It is made available only for the developer's own household use, and it is not offered for sale or subscription.
By using the app, including connecting a Google account to it, you agree to these terms. You may connect only a Google account that you own or are authorized to use, and you are responsible for the calendar data in it. You agree not to use the app in a way that breaks the law or Google's terms of service.
The app's access to your Google account and how your data is handled are described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect your Google account in the app at any time, and you can revoke the app's access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Calendar sync can fail or be delayed, and events can be missing or incorrect. Do not rely on the app as your only record of anything important, and keep your calendar data in your Google account as the authoritative copy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage, including missed appointments or lost data, arising from use of or inability to use the app.
The app is a personal fork of the open-source project lowerygt/OpenSkyLight. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original project or its author.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its date.
